Two regulation 18-hole courses here - Encino & Balboa. Review is for Balboa - a bit better conditions since Encino gets more preference. Tee boxes have nice coverage and are level. Fairways and rough are also typically in good shape for a muni. Greens are better than average, but are relatively straightforward. Tree lined, but pretty wide fairways for you to be aggressive with the driver. Pace is good as long as you come out earlier.
