GARBAGE SERVICE, PRODUCTS AND INSTALL--SCAM

I visit Mike Solution in Elk Grove at 8950 Elk Grove blvd, Elk Grove , because I need my stereo installed in my Motorcycle. Mike initially quoted $1200 for parts and labor. He recommended Sony stereo, and amplifier, he claimed the amplifier would pack 100 watts and increase my overall quality of sound, compared to my factory. So I paid for the best, Amp, Stereo, harness, wiring, and almost $800 for install on my Harley Motorcycle. Half way through the stereo install, I received a phone call from one of Mikes side kick, and he explained, I would need to install additional equipment for amp, stereo, and so the price jumped to $1700, without a valid explanation, they claim, the job took longer, and they were not aware of the complexity of the job….this is all b.s. for a SCAM. I reluctantly paid the $1700, and of course the stereo sounded the same, and my function changer shorted or did not work, the CD skipped over bumps, but I was told the Sony radio had shock technology, and CD would not skipped. Long story short, I got a garbage stereo, crappy install job, Bluetooth did not work, and tons of argument with Mike as to fixing the problem, of course he refused, and tell me to take my business elsewhere, I had to go to another Stereo Shop in Sacramento, and pay $500.00 to FIX the garbage work by Mikes Sound Solution. DON’T GO TO THIS GUY, HE WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND POOR WORKMANSHIP. SCAM-WATCH OUT----

great service..mike and his crew took care of me like family... took my truck in as a wiring disaster..mikes crew took it in without a problem and took care of me with smiles on their faces.. not only did they fix it. they made it sound amazing and with a great price.. they will do trucks, cars, motorcycles, boats, gosh anything! highly reccomended! thanks guys!
