Bella Luna Pet Resort broke my fur babies leg, not just broke it but had to have an implant. She underwent a 3 1/2 hour surgery to rebuild her bone. Veteran said had to of fallen from a very high place or dropped. Bella Luna’s owner has video cameras but destroyed them so I don’t know what happened? Bella Luna is not excepting any responsibility for this and actually said I brought her that way! I have over $3000.00 in vet bills and they will not pay any of it ! Please don’t take your fur babies here! They are very irresponsible! Sadly Rhonda Wallis

Great customer service, peoole who love our babies and a beautiful facility! Our dogs stay here several times a year and they always have so much fun. They get to play with other pups and just love it!

I have a labradoodle, I took her here for her first cut and it was sooo adorable! Decided to take her to petsense then to another place later the latter 2 did not know how to cut a labradoodle! My pup goes there only now and goes in happy and comes out happy! No issues whats so ever! They love her!

Bella Luna has a deposit requirement for holiday boarding. I made a reservation in May for May 15 and July 3 weekends. I was asked to make a $16 deposit. In June I was asked to make a deposit again. When I asked why, I was told the deposit made in May was for the May reservation because I cancelled a previous reservation. I was not told this in May.
