Provided by YP.comI had misplaced my orders and was worried I would have to return at another time. But the staff had already inputted all the info and was very friendly and reassuring. Got into my MRI on time and was assisted by a professional, reassuring technician. The Osborn location staff turned what began as a panicked day into a positive experience.

Provided by YP.comI called to schedule an appointment. The girl said oh we go by walk-ins for ultrasounds. What she did not say is that there would be a 2 hour wait for non-appointments and it would take 1 hour to verify my insurance before they even put up my chart. She also left out only one location is open Saturday.

Provided by YPmobileMy daughter had her appointment at 1pm showed up an hr early, it was 2pm and we weren't called yet... my daughter had to empty her bladder three times because she couldn't hold it anymore for a simple ultrasound. They had moved my daughter's paperwork around, called in patients in that were here after us. For sure I'll have her doctor recommend somewhere else

Provided by YP.comAppointment made and ALL INSURANCE information provided3 weeks prior to appointment. NO appt confirmation. Arrived 30 minutes early to APPOINTMENT TIME. I hour later called to reception area to be advised my insurance company status was "inactive" - although I pulled up my ONLINE INFORMATION verifying insurance was active, they did not take that information as valid proof. Over 2 hours from the time I walked in, was notified insurance was verified- this should have been done PRIOR to arrival in office. It appeared they waited until AFTER they got around to verifying my insurance until they contacted the physician for my procedure - as he came walking in through the main door about 15 minutes later. PICK A BETTER FACILITY IF YOU CAN!!!

Provided by YPmobileThe service is terrible. Took them an hour to verify my insurance and it was wrong. Made me pay full price and insurance paid and I didn't get refund. Waited another hour for sonogram.

Provided by YP.comEven on the phone there is no customer service - and NO Appointments available! I was told "X-rays are on a walk-in basis only. If you get here by 7:45 you can be one of the first so you can get out sooner". Well, I'm sorry, but I have a life outside of sitting in waiting rooms an a business to run. This company is obviously so busy and wealthy that providing anything vaguely resembling customer service is no longer important to them. They will NOT be getting MY business.
