Car got on fire after taking it to this horrible place.

This place did not work for me. On Friday i went to get an oil change, I got the service that was one up from basic service. I was to have wiper fluid filled, tires checked for air, my filters were to be checked and replaced if needed. Well the guy that waited on me was very (Tricky) he informed me that for $18.00 more a treatment could be put in the oil to keep it clean, well when I told him I couldn't afford any more money I should have checked behind him. He took down the hose as if he was putting in washer fluid, he did not fill up the oil, he went around the car as if to put air in my tires (which I needed) he did not do this, etc. I should have watch him better but I felt I was in a business that i could trust plus I was on my way to work and I just did not feel like worrying about anything else. Well he told me all was through, Well I went to work in SF and looked under the hood and found out the washer fluid was empty, the oil was not full, my tires still needed air !! HELP !!
