I had been to other martial art schools before, but once I became a student at White Dragon I found all that I had been looking for. The other schools were like cookie cutters - stamping out students and passing out belts. At White Dragon its the real thing! Hard work, lots of sweat (some bruises), more hard work. When you advance here you know you have earned it and deserve it. You can workout as much as you like, there are multiple classes available. The instructors are wonderful, helpful and knowledgable. Sifu Ferriera is incredible, both in his knowledge of kung fu, exercise physiology, nutrition, weight training, and overall health awareness, but also in his readiness and availability to help students with their training and any issues that arise. Training at White Dragon has made me a stronger, healthier person. I am a student for life.

White Dragon of East County is an amazing way to stay in shape and exercise the mind and spirit :) I would recommend it to anyone in search of a fun challenge!

I have been studying Kung Fu at White Dragon (El Cajon) since 2002 and the experience has been wonderful. My Kung Fu studies have provided many benefits to my life including: incredible physical activity workouts (aerobic and strength) and overall improved quality of life. Under the watchful tutelage of Sifu and his high quality instructors I have accomplished more than I expected and still learn more every day. Group classes are good but I especially like having weekly private lessons included. These private lessons (with one instructor assigned to each student) actually allows my instructor know what I am doing and where I need additional help to further my goals and training. The private instruction is definitely an advantage in furthering my skill.Mr. White

I became a student of White Dragon East County on my 47th birthday, last year. Little did I know what a tremendous gift I was giving to myself and my family.
