The WORST forman mills to come to!! They put out wrong signs and then don't honor the price of the clothing. Got the manager to show them the ERROR and they don't care... claim oh the morning person messed up. As a customer I DON'T CARE... I see that price you honor it. So I called their Corporate office... not helpful either. Abu the manager is RUDE AS HELL.. telling me he is going look at the carmera at 5p when a person comes in to look at it becuz he can't look at carmeras and then I can try & see if I can get it for the price LISTED on the sales floor. HOW STUPID DOES THAT SOUNDS!! It took him 20mins to even come out the backroom to help address this. Still waiting 20mins later for district manager to call...NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

Forman Mills in East Orange, NJ is the worst place to shop and their customer service is lousy. Unlike Bloomingdale’s and retailers their layaway consists of putting your merchandise into a box below a counter until the customer makes final payment. Their managers are rude and should be re-trained when talking on the phone. I’ve been to other Forman Mills location and I would never shop at the East Orange location nor would I refer anyone to that location. If I was the owner everyone would be replaced thus on a scale of 1 – 10, I give them a 1. I had a recent experience where I sort one of their employee’s assistance and was told, “I’m annoying them”. Is this how you treat a customer? That location should be closed.

Forman Mills offers great prices on name brand products...this much is true. But the Forman Mills located in East Orange NJ offers terrible service to their customers. Standing online at customer service, I ended up listening to everyones problems and complaints, and that was just the employees talking amongst eachother. Two people in front of me and not one of them being helped. 5 people behind the register including the front end supervisor and all of them chatting like we werent even there. And this isnt the only time this has happened. This was the straw that broke the camels back. Find yourself another location to shop at because it will take you hours just getting through checkout alone. Todays date is August 25, 2009 and I was there at about 12:30 for any of the district managers that happen to check their reviews on yellowpages. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO ANOTHER FORMAN MILLS LOCATION!!!!!!
