Edwin & Chris were aces. They quickly identified a fairly unorthodox plumbing situation in our home, which was the cause of our plumbing woes, and came up with a vastly simpler solution than what we had. The work was done in a matter of a few hours, including running fresh PVC to our waste stack where there was previously none. Everything has been flowing beautifully since. I highly recommend Pure Line. I've used them before and had a similarly good experiences.
