food is alright. but the other reviewer is rite about how long it takes if you order delivery and how soggy the food can get. if you are gonna eat here pick it up at the store and bring it home. I dont like the environment inside and I think the employees are dirty and just not great resturant employees in general. everytime i go there its bad service unless they know you or you are good friends with them they somehow always give me the wrong order and i gotta go back.its funny, its a pizza place but everyone talks about the subs or burgers. pizza there is sub par. go to sammys pizza and try the best in town!

Like lasagne?? Order a large and have a big enough portion for two people, or a ton left for later. Comes with 2 garlic toast slices, a great salad, and a piece of lasagne to fill a take out container......way good!

Fan of Subs? You have to have any one of the choices cuz they rock and they are the size of a football!

Soups On for this girl, YEAH BUDDY! If I could pick top flavors they would be Reuben with Homemade croutons, Cordon Bleu, Pizza Soup, Bacon Cheeseburger, and Chicken Dumplng!!

Love the Family that runs this place and of course Gary New-Duluth Community. Delivery can take a while but always worth the wait!

When my fiance and I moved to West Duluth we were excited to be in the delivery zone for Hugo's...that changed quickly. The last three times we've ordered haven't been real impressive. The last time we ordered which will be the last time we even consider them again was horrible. Not only did we wait over and hour and a half for a couple cheeseburgers...upon calling to see the status of the delivery, the female provided no apology and instead an "it's on the way," CLICK. When our food finally did arrive it was obvious it had sat out way too long. Coleslaw and dips made to be cold were as warm as soup, onion rings and french fries were soggy and the cheeseburgers were distgusting. We will never be ordering from Hugo's again.
