I have gone through Grand Ave vet since my dog has been a puppy; and I have to say that they were just "the vet"; quick check ups that had us in and out. That is until my dog got hit by a car this past January. I have to say that this vet clinic was so helpful, caring and comforting for the whole situation. Dr. Nordquist was very knowledgable and recommended the best solutions for my dog and had his best interest in mind. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone! They are also very well priced.

They tried...

I had a cat named Sandy who had severe liver problems. They tried everything that they could. Sandy passed away after being home for three days after the week she was there. They let me visit her while she was still there. I miss Sandy. I don't blame them for what happened. They gave my mom a discount on the services and freed off the medications they prescribed. I have my own cat now. His name is Mew. They have been very helpful when he had tapeworms. I plan on bringing him back for his vaccines. I plan on continuing to go to this vet until they give me one good reason not to. I recommend this place to everyone I know. They are one of the best in town and most affordable. They will help you financially as well. I still owe them for my last visit which I plan on paying them on the first week of April, when my cat gets his rabies vaccine.

Don't blame them because you couldn't afford treatment. Any other vet would have done the same thing.

My mom's bill went from $300 to about $150 because she talked to them and worked it out. Try doing the same. They are very understanding and very helpful.
