Serving home buyers, sellers, realtors and bankers along the wasatch front for over 17 years performing over 5,000 inspections. With 25 years in the home construction industry, I have a keen eye for what is acceptable in a home. I help even the first time buyer or seller have a much better understanding about the condition of their home after they have purchased and reviewed my inspection. Customers are comfortable with me. With an explanation of every item I inspect, accompanied by many photos, my customers will be able to make an informed decision regarding the purchase of their new residence.
