Very unhappy with our business relationship with Brenda and her staff. There were so many small mistakes that it was only a matter of time before a large one would happen and it did. Brenda’s staff was unable to call me by the right name, always spelt the address to our home incorrectly which lead to listing errors, her staff was unable to work a fax machine or connect calls correctly, communication was horrible and the ability to educate us on the short sale/offer process lead us to lose an offer on the home we have had on the market for 8 months. Brenda's idea of communication is sending text messages and emails that would say "Call you this am!" and she wouldn't call for days. I would not suggest or refer Beaudoin and Associates to anyone. After sending Brenda an email letting her know that would try another realtor she couldn't help herself but send back a message telling us it was all our fault. Plain and simple NOT PROFFESIONAL!
