      My parents were customer's of My Dad's for years. When I got my own place I had to do things on my own and had a national home improvement store (I was told I can not list their name for privacy reasons) do my carpeting. 2 years and 37 phone calls later the national store agreed to refund my money. I went to My Dad's with refund in hand. They not only sold me a better product, but I had change left from my refund. The installation was last week. It looks great. Thanks, My Dads. Guess sometime my parents do know something after all :).
