He continues to serve patients at Southeast Alabama Medical Center and Dothan Surgery Center. Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, Teri Colquett brings vast expertise to the Southern Surgical Team. Teri is high skilled in cancer treatment, colostomy care and ELNEC (end-of-life care). Southern Surgical offers the following general surgery services: Breast Masses and Cancer Gastric (Stomach) Masses, Ulcers and Cancer Diverticulitis and Colon Cancer Thyroid and Parathyroid Disease Hernias (Inguinal and Abdominal Wall) Skin and Subcutaneous Lesions Endoscopy (EGD and Colonoscopy) Southern Surgical offers advanced Laparoscopic surgery for Gallbladder Disease, Reflux ("Heartburn") and Hiatal Hernia, Colon and Stomach Disease. Southern Surgical and Dr. Skinner brought the da Vinci Robotic technology to Southern Alabama and the Dothan area for general surgical procedures. And, are currently offering Robotic Surgery for the following: Gallbladder Surgery, Colectomies (Colon Surgery), Gastrostomies (Stomach Surgery) and Antireflux ("Heartburn") Surgery.
