They completely forgot to show up! Did not call or anything. When a guy finally came out (2 days later) because I went up there, he couldn't find our septic tank, so he just left and told me that I would have to wait another couple of days until they could come out and have the boss look at it. All I received was an "I'm sorry". When I told them that I was going somewhere else, they didn't seem to care. The lack of concern for their customer's happiness is crazy! Today was my deadline to get this done and to find out the boss "forgot" and is at the lake, really just makes things worse. Take care of your customers!!

I HAD A SEWER PROBLEM. MR. JOHN CAME OUT AND WE NEEDED TO ADD FIELDLINES TO OUR SEPTIC SYSTEM. HE WAS VERY QUICK IN FIXING OUR PROBLEM WHICH I APPRECIATED VERY MUCH. I COULD NOT TAKE THE SEWER BACKUP AND SMELL ANOTHER DAY. HE DID A GREAT JOB AT A REASONABLE PRICE. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WITH SEWER PROBLEMS
