The Village Animal Clinic is just a superb place to take your pet for medical care! The staff is so loving and warm to animals, and to people! They are extremely competent and efficient yet so very relaxed. Doctor Tom and Doctor Karen are outstanding veterinarians and take personal interest in every pet that they see. A true pleasure to have them available not only for emergencies but also for routine care.COL K.

Initially they provided excellent service. But now they've changed their policies and I am very dissatisfied to the point where I am shopping for a new local vet. I like to order my prescriptions from PetMeds and at first, they would authorize this over the phone. Now, they want me to go in and pick up the prescription which is a half hour drive at best from my home. Personally, I feel this new policy endangers the health of my pet and I feel that the vets here are putting personal profit before the health of my animal.
