Pleasant shop in this beach side town. Visited during Spring Break 2013 and was overwhelmed with the choices for personalized products. Ordered items for daughter's college graduation and was quite pleased with proofs and products. Would recommend this store to neighbors and friends. Good service. Great value. Fast shipping to my home.

Even more frustrating than not getting what I have paid for is getting the run-around. I visited Frill Seekers Gifts at Cannery Lane in Destin and purchased an engraved pendant. The wrong pendant was ordered and shipped, verified by the sales clerk that it was their mistake. FrillSeekers has offered for me to BUY the wrong one at their cost (I don't want it, and I sure don't want to PAY for it) or they will have the engraving company process a return that will take a minimum of FOUR MORE WEEKS. To me this kind of customer service is not acceptable. Unfortunately I have called them 3 times and have asked to have the owner call me to rectify my complaints and she or he has yet to return my calls. Even more frustrating than not getting what I have paid for is getting the run-around! All I want is for FrillSeekers to order my pendant immediately and in the meantime send me the return label so I can send this one back. Or, refund my money and I will gladly shop somewhere else.
