POOR customer service, twice I have used them to fill RX for two pr of glasses each year, first year, two weeks to get the glasses, when I called to inquire, they stated the lab had lost the rx, now this year, 12 days and still no glasses, the lab does not have your order, how can these people be in business so long with this kind of track record. They wanted payment up front, I paid, but now NO product. POOR service
