We work the local cheese, bakery, and farming industry to create seasonal starters and side dishes. Our chefs focus on three different cooking styles: pan roasted, fried, and wood-grilled. Our certified beer specialist selects 16 beers on tap to showcase the flavor profiles that enhance our fish.
