Worst place ever!!!! I've been a customer for over 10 years. Went in this morning and their new employee named Nick (ownership keeps changing hands) cursed at me calling me a dumb b**** after I mentioned that the last time I was in the Mystic tan stopped half way on the first pass. He said "f***ing customers are always trying to get something for free" and proceeded to call me a f***ing idiot when I asked for the store owner's information. WOW. Looking back, we were the only ones in the store; incredibly volatile situation. He would have never talked to a man that way; a man would have laid him out flat. Left a message for the owner, Tonya (Tawnya?) Never called me back. CRAZY experience. Twilight Zone-ish.

This is the absolute WORST business establishment and "tanning salon" I have ever been to in my life. I chose it for its convenient location to me but since I moved, I have no need for a membership any longer. I called to ask that my membership be cancelled and was instructed to go in person to cancel said membership. I drove all the way across the city only to be informed by an extremely rude older woman (who looked like she had lost a fight with one of their cheap old, often malfunctioning versa spas) that I had signed a long-term contract which I could not cancel. I was very disappointed and called, hoping to speak with someone with a bit more business ethic and mutual respect. Big mistake: SHE THREATENED TO SUE ME!!! Because I told her that their website falsely advertises NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS, AND MEMBERSHIPS THAT CAN BE CANCELLED OR FREEZED AT ANY TIME. I informed this rude individual that one may legitimately argue that this is false advertising. She said she would "pull" my contract, that she "doesn't understand why I was "arguing" with her" and when I told her that it's ridiculous that she as a business owner, that she's not even willing to work with me, stating that I would post a negative review and tell all my friends and associates that this is a terrible place of "business" she threatened to sue me and HUNG UP ON ME!!! Worst experience ever, and their place is filthy and smells like something's rotten in Denmark. Their machinery is archaic and often malfunctions. Save yourself the time and worry. Dont be scammed. Don't go there.
