      We went to the Sonic in Defuniak Springs, Florida on Saturday, 7/8/12, at 10:30am. Our waitress was named, Selina. Her attitude was unacceptable. As a waitress who works for tips she should remember that when the customer says that the fries are cold, she should not argue, but rather, apologize and remedy the situation by promptly bringing fresh fries out to the customer. Had she responded in this manner, she would have gotten a nice and well-deserved tip.

      Selina, your attitude was unacceptable. Remember that you work for tips and when the customer says that the fries are cold, you should not argue, but rather, apologize and remedy the situation by promptly bringing fresh fries out to the customer. Had you responded in this manner, you would have gotten a nice and well-deserved tip.

      Sonic is one of my favorites because it has my favorite ice cream and food. What's unique is you get to work with great people. Yes I got great service.
