Unprofessional. Knows nothing about hair dying. Ignored my calls and voicemails for 2 weeks so as to avoid giving me a refund. I asked for blonde ombre hair but I ended up with orange hair. NEVER going back there. She obviously has not touched arabic hair before. Refused to dry my hair when she was "done."
