They don't rip you off, or try to sell you something you don't want. They make you feel important & explain everything to you so you know exactly what you're getting, how to use it and walk you through it. Joanne has great communication skills, and she really knows her radios. Fred is an awesome guy that has alot of patience who fixes radios, works on solving your radio's issues, and is very good at what he does. They both make you feel comfortable, and right at home.
