Monarch Billiards is a third generation family owned and operated company founded in 1948. CO-founders John and Pauline Carzo had a strong work ethic, keen business sense and excellent customer relationships. They built a very stable and dominating company over the years. Today Monarch billiards is owned and operated by two grandsons, all who have had the opportunity, privilege and pleasure to work with them. The focus of the company still remains true to the grandparents' philosophy. Insuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and the uncompromising attention to detail.
