BEsT on the emerald Coast!!! fast cell phone repair!
The price quote was lower than other local shops and their time estimate was spot on for me. I didn't have any of the problems of other reviewers.
The employees were very informative and helpful. They gave an honest examination and pricing for my iphone and it looked as good as new when they were done. Probably as good as when I bought it. I always tell my friends to go to Rapidfix when they crack their screens or something (which is often). Very good!
They suck, took them 2 months to do what they said would take 3 days. The X Box they "fixed" for me lasted 15 minutes the the red ring came right back. They are bad....real bad....just take any money you would spend here and give it to the Goodwill. They will put it to good use. I would give less stars but it was not possible.
the staff was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Was very helpfull and honest.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICE HERE FOR REPAIR!!! Took my 3rd gen iPod Touch in to have the volume button looked at (it was turning the volume down on its own). After having my device for three weeks, and assuring me the problem was finally rectified, I brought it home and now less than 24 hours later, it won't turn on unless plugged into a charger (note that there had been no other issues with the device prior to the work being performed). Upon calling to inquire about it, my wife was given a dose of attitude and told that it was a battery issue and completely unrelated to the work they had done. Being dissatisfied with that response, I called the main branch in Destin to speak to someone about my experience, and was told that the issue was with my battery (I guess it just coincidentally stopped working in the time they had it). Ridiculous. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX YOUR DEVICE.
Poor quality of workmanship. I think this guy learns how to fix things as he goes. No STAR, but i had to put one in order for this review to be accepted.
