I love this florist I have been using them for years always impressed with there quality of service.

Living out of town had flowers and balloons sent to kent hospital arrived same day awsome

I contacted Heavenly Florist from the 1-800 flowers website after making my selection of 147205 (fabulous feline) that was shown on the the 1-800 flowers website. I was assured that was what I would be receiving. What I received was a glass vase of flowers nothing resembling the order I placed. All I can say is deceptive practices. Would never buy any flowers from this shop again!

Should be a zero star option. I ordered a large 89.99 bouquet from 1800flowers and heavenly (hellish) sent a very small, sparse bouquet. I have called 1800flowers twice to have this resolved. They requested redelivery on two separate occasions which after 3 days has not been done. I was ripped off. This business is fraudulent. I will never use 1800flowers again. Nor will I ever request the services of heavenly. They are taking advantage of the fact that the buyer might not see what was sent. Well I did. Unacceptable business practice. DO NOT USE.

The only reason they get one star is because there is no lower. My flowers were delivered to my grandmothers service AFTER the family had left. I called to complain and the woman told me the service was at 9:00 that I had the time wrong and they were there at 10:00. FALSE. the service was at 10:00 family was gone by 11:00 still no flowers. They delivered to family members house after service and woman didn't understand why I was upset because they were beautiful for a house. I was upset because I wanted them at the funeral. Not to mention I received confirmation that the flowers were delivered 2 days before the service. No refund. Nothing. Called 1800flowers - they were no help either so obviously they don't stand behind florists that carry their name. DONT USE THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT YOUR FLOWERS DELIVERED ON TIME.

My boss sent me a Christmas arrangement. They left it on my front porch not in a box. I picked it up and it fell apart. only lasted a couple of days. Flowers died

Incomplete order -They delivered the flowers but not the balloons that went with the order. The bottom row of flowers is nothing but buds, that have not opened, just to fill the vase with stems. At the cost of flowers and service charges one would ask that minimums be meet.
