This was the worst customer service I have ever received from a restaurant, not to mention the young kid at the door laughed in my face about the entire experience! We just moved to the area and thought we would try this place. We placed a carry-out order, over $100 cost, 6 meals plus. When we got it home, we were missing two of the meals. We called them back and they said they would have it ready, to come back up and get it. When I arrived there, I was greeted by a young man. I told him why I was there and he handed me the bag, I clearly stated, there are two meals in this bag and he stated yes. When I got home and opened the bag, there was only one in there. I called a second time and asked to speak with a manager. She said she would refund me the cost of the one meal. I told her no, that would not solve the problem I have another child that does not have a meal. She said to come back up a second time and it will be ready. When I walked in that same young man was laughing about it. I stated to him, I even asked you if there was two meals in the bag and you said yes. His response was, as he was laughing out loud, there were two enchiladas in that meal then continued to laugh about it. The waitress that was up front started to apologize to me and he pushed her aside and said just let him go!!!! I will never return to this place, there are plenty of awesome Mexican restaurants in the area , I do not need to put up with this kind of service or lack of respect! Not to mention they ruined our family meal together! Then to be laughed at and disrespected on top of it!
