John was great the first couple of times he came to treat my home and yard. He then said there was this new stuff that he would guarantee for up to 9 months for ants and it cost $145.00. He came back this past weekend and I told him that I started seeing ants after just a few months(before the hurricane) he said I was his "experiment" and he would put ant baits down. No offer to give me credit for being his "experiment" or the $145.00 for the junk he put down. I asked him what was going on since he was over 20 minutes late he said he just couldn't get out of bed!!!! REAL PROFESSIONAL. I will find a better pest control company that gets out of bed and really wants my business
