This Vet facility is a bit expensive!! BUT They are very thorough and competent in the diagnosis , treatment and caring of animals.



I have three dogs!



Due to the cost they get annuals at this location every other year.

Excellent hospital.

Overall Banfield has poor animal handling and high scam like prices.



My experience: I got my puppy on there monthly plan, I paid 100 dollars to start then like 20 something dollars a month. It was suppose to be free office visits and shots... but whenever I took her in they found some way to stick me with a high vet bill. Then after a couple of months they started charging me 10 dollars more a month! For no reason, with no warnings!



The they had given her a heart guard shot which was found to be deadly to dogs, they sent me a letter stating an apology and that they would provide free heart guard and a free check up... so i went in and they would not do it! That was the last time I went there!



Then there staff is very poor when it comes to handling an animal. My dog is not aggressive but the nurses are will run up to your pet and start rubbing there face yelling ���Awww HIII there PUPPY!��� This is not a way to approach an animal you do not know and is already nervous...



A very bad and expensive experience...
