I have been to citrus city grille several times with family, the service & food was wonderful. I have been there 3 times by myself and I guess you don't cater to single customers, because each visit got worse. The first time I went their in the evening & waited for a host/hostess for quit a while even though the bartender saw me waiting he couldn't call the host/hostess to let them know someone was waiting.

The final straw was yesterday i walked in there about 3pm, the person at the hostess counter apparently wasn't the hostess and seemed baffled by 1 to be seated. Finally the hostess showed up and I asked to sit on the patio. I was seated at a table that was not at all ready for anyone to be seated, then I waited about 10 minutes for a server, she finally came out & I gave her not only my drink order (water with lemon) but my meal order also. A good 10 minutes went by before I received a glass of water (no lemon), between that time frame another waiter asked if I had been served, because there was literally nothing on the table. I told him I had been served, but my issue was 2 tables behind me someone was smoking, when I brought that to his attention he said that was okay because it was out on the patio. I was a little stunned by that, because I thought Dos Logos was smoke free environment, I actually saw a sign on the premises & I thought in California even on a patio at a restaurant you couldn't smoke, so I asked to move to another table. I never saw my server until she came out 2 times to tell me my meal is almost ready, the 2nd time I asked for some bread because I was waiting sooo long. She finally brought the bread with another server bringing my meal.

The final straw was I had to ask for silverware to eat my meal.

This was a very bad situation, although I love your food, I did drive from west covina, I don't think I will waste the gas, because it doesn't seem like you care about a single customer.

Very disappointed.

Outrageously rude!!

THE WORST!!!!! I will never come back. The service is was outrageously horrible... I came to have a nice dinner and some dancing with my brother and sister-in-law for their birthday. We were very excited to be there for their celebration. Myself and the rest of the party left very disappointed how bad you were treated.

First: the host was very nice it was her first night with citrus city Grill. She couldn't seat us until half our party showed up which was totally understandable. Since we had a party of 10 people. This was the only enjoyable experience we had. SAD TO SAY!!!!

Second: The waiter was unbelievably terrible. I wish I can recall his name all I can remember was the way he smirked at us when we ordered because the majority of the party ordered appetizers and salads. He rudely explain to us that we cannot get into the dancing part of the restaurant and less we ordered a entrée. I told him it's fine we have no problem paying $10 than he basically laughed at me. I couldn't believe someone would make me feel as unwelcome as he did.

Third: The manager "Bill" was so rude to my brother. We ended up staying for dancing because we were already there. My Brother complained to the manager Bill about the service we experienced and told him that he was going to leave a review on yelp the manager bill told him "go ahead" so he did. About 20 minutes later Bill came outside and yelled at my brother for leaving a bad review on yelp. I couldn't believe how unprofessional that was. Bill said if we had a problem we should call the owner Steve.

Obviously Citrus City Grill/Owner Steve needs to make serious changes with the customer service of the staff. I hope the best for this place but I sure will not be coming back!!!

DON'T go there

On a Monday afternoon in early January, my husband and I happened upon the Citrus City Grille in Corona. We had a nice lunch there, and thought how wonderful it would be to have dinnner there on Valentine's Day. So, we made reservations - over a month in advance - and were assured by William that he would make sure we had a nice table for a very special dinner. If your definition of a nice table is a tiny table next to the door to the patio that opens and closes every minute or two - then, I guess you would say he fulfilled his promise. So for our "special dinner", we got mediocre service, edible food, and lousy ambience - for about $150. I guess the price must be what makes it special, because the experience certainly was not. On the way out, I told William how disappointed we were, and all he could say was, "I'm sorry you feel that way." DON'T go there. It's a total rip off! Overpriced and underwhelmed!

Excellent environment and food

I recently took my father here for Father's Day and we had a fantastic time. This restaurant has an open, upscale feel with modern decor, and great food. As a vegetarian, I had plenty of options also, due to their wide selection of entrees. This would be a perfect place to go with a date or with family. The large windows had a fairly spectacular mountain view as well. I'd definitely return to this place!
