publix at 1500 douglas road does not like veterans. I was given permission to collect donations outside the front door of Publix. I have my permits and had permission from George Rivera the head manager as I was made to understand, also from the corporate office. on friday, November 16,2012 said manager told me that I could no longer collect donations and I quote, "while the cash registers were taking in money." I believe it was because the custtomers were giving more to my donations than they were to the donations containers at the registers.(not sure of what charities they were). How can a manager who says he loves our country,he is not from the U.S.A. I do not think,then turn around and deny those same donations from being gathered?

Great place to buy El Venadito cheese. I love to make fried cheese strips with it.
THIS IS MY FAVORITE PUBLIX. ALL EMPLOYEES ARE COURTEOUS, HELPFULL, AND LOOK HAPPY. ANGEL WAS EXTREMELY HELPFULL WHEN I COULDN'T FIND A BALSAMIC GLAZE, AND HE FOUND IT. THIS STORE IS THE BEST!
