Provided by YP.comI really enjoy the food, but it was so cold inside the restaurant tonight until everyone in our party sent over to a nearby clothing store for blankets and shawls. we ordered hot tea but after 3 or 4 sips it was cold. We were seated at 5:30 pm, it is 10:54 and I'm at home still trying to warm up. Very Very Very uncomfortable. We had to take turns stepping outside to try and warm up.

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I had dinner there about two weeks ago on a Thursday and were disappointed. This was not our first time and the service and food had been much better in the past.
This night the server was very slow bringing out our salad, bread and appetizers. My wife's lobster bisque was only lukewarm, which could possibly make someone ill. The cheese biscuits were over cooked, and the salads were made with lettuce greens that were either old or had been at room temperature for hours.
The entrees were of better quality but the mashed potatoes had a thick skin on them indicating that they had been cooked much earlier and had begun to dry out.
We'll probably go back at least once more, but that will definitely be the last if we have another experience such as this one.
We suggest that the servers be better trained in the art of time management. Also, they should inspect the items that they are serving to ensure that they are of a quality and appearance that the customer would be satisfied with.
Customers would rather wait for something that is fresh and hot than be served something quickly that is below par.
