      I reluctantly went in to Columbia Appliance expecting the usual almost secretive service counter experience. I was treated with nothing but the best service and respect. I felt supported in my attempts to do a repair myself, my questions were answered, and if I simply decided to give someone else a call to take over, they'd be available. Support Family/locally owned business. Highly recommended.
