I came to Drive In Autosound to get a remote start installed on my car before winter. The staff here is awesome to work with. They did not pressure me into purchasing something I was not comfortable with and were able to install it the same day. Once they were done with the installation the manager showed me how to work the remote and off I went. The remote start works great and I couldn't be happier with the work that Drive In Autosound did. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends!

Not only did they miss quote me on my product and installation, but they had to keep my car over night because their installers were sick and were unable to get to my vehicle. I didn’t even mind the inconvenience; the real issue was that when I ask that they charged me the original price after they kept my car over night ($30 difference) they refused. That’s the way to keep customers coming back! Should have gone to Car Toys.
