Can't prove this, but this cleaners shrunk my very good expensive pants. Will never go back!

WARNING! STAY AWAY. Their bad equipment will ruin your shirts with hard water stains that they will try and say were your fault.

Absolutely terrible experience. A nightmare! The first time I went here, I dropped off 17 shirts. They told me it was half off, so when they charged me for 7 shirts, I didn't think anything of it. When I went to pick up my shirts, I was told that one of the shirts was stained and wouldn't be back there until 2 days after the order was supposed to be ready. They then told me that I only brought in 16 total shirts, so the 17th was lost. Then, they told me that the slip was wrong and that I owed them twice as much as I was quoted. They even lied and told me that they tried to call me and left a message, when nothing of the sort occurred. On top of this all, the dry cleaning and starching quality is nothing spectacular. Mistake after mistake, they consistently demonstrated their incompetance and refusal to do good business. They wouldn't even meet me in the middle when it came to the price discrepancy. Stay away at all costs! They will be late, lose your clothes and double charge you!!!
