Emil, and his Crew are the BEST!! When we bought our home in a Merritt Island, we found this company for our irrigation needs. Amazing owner and crew. We had them back several times to change the lines as we changed our yard. When we were ready to fixedo our yard we called Emil. Emil & his crew transformed our ugly yard to a beautiful landscaped yard, built a gorgeous stone wall with a beautiful roast garden. Several plants & palm trees. Redid the irrigation to accommodate the new landscaping. Beautiful rocks and sod to finish off our yard. The outcome was amazing!! Our yard is now beautiful, Emil went above and beyond our expectations. Everyone who worked on our property were great, we couldn’t ask for a better crew. The amount of work that was put in, from ripping out old planters, wooden stairs, plants, a tree , grass and rocks along with anything else to the finished product was amazing. I have used them for many years, but something this year has changed. They serviced me on July 29th, found out the reason it was not working is that there was no rain in July and City of Cocoa was not turning on pumps- but he reprogrammed my box and changed 3 sprinkler heads Cost 285.65. Since then my sprinklers will not turn off... called on the 10/26/16 - they came same day (in the area) took the nice gentleman 4 mins to come back to the front door to let me know it was programed with multiple start times... from Julys visit? Anyway he deleted multiple start times, made sure it was set for Sun and Thurs and set clock back for future time change.... Remember, I am long term customer, 4 minutes, no parts...the bill was 89.95 for the call... I was upset and called - valued customer means nothing to them- said they did same day...I didn't ask for same day and they didn't tell me it would cost 89.95 for the call.... so before you call them, call someone else, have a neighbor come over...I did call the office but the owner said that is the cost for a call.... it took me longer to find my checkbook than it did for him to delete the extra start time and change the clock....very disappointing-
