Dr. Rawal and Dr. Lager restored my faith in doctors with excellent bedside manners and compassion. With Dr. Rawals' guidance & consultations with Dr. Lager following my unfortunate accident on a Saturday afternoon, they expedited my knee surgery that next Sunday. Yes Sunday they knew what the plan was late Saturday put it into place and Sundays operation went on as planned & I was back in my hospital room ( 1 plate & 7 screws later) Sunday evening in minimal pain. Taking the initiative to do that they save me valuable downtime and unwanted trips back to have it done. They actually where concerned and accommodated my concerns. My followup office visit was as awesome as the service I received at the hospital from them. Their website allows you to do so much including downloading all those pesky forms doctors need you to fill out when you get there ( I downloaded them filled them out before I got there & handed them right in when I arrived).
