Founded in 1947, South Lake Hospital is a not-for-profit acute care community hospital. The hospital offers a variety of medical services, including diagnostic imaging, orthopedics and cardiac catheterization, among others. South Lake Hospital's campus offers outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation as well as physical therapy. The hospital also provides nursing services, such as oncology care, wound/ostomy care, IV therapy, etc. South Lake Hospital is in partnership with Orlando Health. The hospital is located in Clermont, Fla.
