Do not take your car here! These people have no idea what customer service means! First of all, they charged $175 just to hook my car up to their computer to see what was wrong, Advance Auto does this for free! Then they don't have you car done when they say they would, and don't even call to let you know it will be longer! They told me my car would be ready in the morning. I didn't hear anything from them by noon, so I called them. I was then told it would be ready around 3-4. No apology for not calling and letting me know what was happening. Four o'clock came and went, no car - no call. Finally at six I picked up my car - still not fixed. Again, no apology for not calling. I understand if things happen and you get behind, or a part doesn't work. But you need to let your customers know what is going on, when the car would be ready. If I had known, I would have made other arrangements for transportation that day, but as it was, I lost a day of work, spent $150 for nothing, and car was still not fixed! And still no apology! In fact, they were offended that I didn't appreciate what they had tried to do, and told me that they were not going to drop everything to call me about my car. I would

not go there again if they paid me!!

Michael's Tire & Auto has been very pleasant to deal with. They performed major repairs on my old van, and now I'm taking my current van to them for regular maintenance. They are a small, reputable "mom and pop" run by friendly, honest people--the kind that are an asset to Clayton!

I have done business with Michael's Tire & Auto for several years, and his service and attention to detail have been excellent. They have always been fair with their prices, and have delivered the service at the agreed upon times. I would highly recommend.
