I love my rentals from Enterprise Rentals, they're cars are always nice and clean. Plus they're customer service reps are always nice and very patient with me each time I go there.

Dispicable facilities and staff. My last rental, I received a vehicle that was deplorable from the Clarksville, Tn S. 2nd St location as the brakes were bad, the exterior/interior were deplorable as it appeared that vomit, litter, pet hair, and smokers residue were poorly addressed. I would have returned it, but I'd picked up the vehicle after hours and my schedule prevented the same. As I'd used Enterprise for years at varying locations throughout the US, I decided to give them another chance; however, I found that the staff at this particular location is unprofessional as it is obvious that it is of a certain segment of society that pose a difficulty in distinguishing how it addresses others that might not appreciate the uneducated/urban vinacular and/or irresponsible practices. Who, in the profssional world, has heard of needing a utility bill to rent a vehicle while using a major credit card? Also, who travels with a utility bill? in 30 years of professional travel, this was a first for me. This isn't an Enterprise corporate requirement, but something devised locally to track / skip trace the degenerates that makes up the bulk of its customer base; thus, the condition of its vehicles. When local management was involved, I quickly learned that it condones this practice as it is of my opinion, based on communications, that it thinks so little of that portion of the demographic as it expects little else of it; thus, sees little reason to invest in challenging its employees that fall into such a category so as to free its customers from exposure to such ignorant behavior. Reviews on Yahoo and Google can't all be wrong. I would caution anyone that is considering using Enterprise in Clarksville, TN to exercise extreme due diligence before renting, but choose to look elsewhere when choosing a car rental agency. This latest experience has permanently removed Enterprise as a future source of car rental agencies for me or any other entity that I control or influence.
