Subcontractors did a great job building and designing our composite deck. Unfortunately, pressure treated lumbar started rotting after 3 years and is not warranted. Be prepared to pay in cash or check since JR does not accept credit cards which we were unaware of until the job was completed. Luckily we had enough in savings!
