I hope your patient

When it comes to refunds this is the absolute WORST business. I've been waiting over 3 years for a refund and still haven't received it. Obviously I have been patient but it has run out and I made a complaint to the BBB. I put 1 star because I had to...otherwise I wouldn't have put any.
