From the receptionist to the mechanics, the service provided is top notch. Also, they are very honest with you and don't try to sell unnecessary add-on's. They explain everything that needs to be done in detail and the prices are very reasonable.

GREAT WORK

Just took my car for over heating to Logan Square Auto. I was greeted very nicely, they did not take long to do a full diagnostic on my car problem. Like I feared my problem was a shot thermostat and cracked radiator, but luckily I was given a great price. To top it off it all was done in one day..yeah! no rent a car. Great job guys!

heavy on part fees/double charged for parts

the work was done quickly and efficiently, however, they were not reluctant at all to charge more than 60% mark up $ for an item I later found at more than 5 auto parts stores for 60% less than what they charged me. friendly and clean, but you may as well take it to your local dealer
