Grooming salon is great! Great customer service, and they treated my dogs wonderfully.

You need groomers with experience with dogs, all breeds pleaseMy dog had a bath in your shop and her ears were not washed , only a few toenails trimmed . Unhappy

I wish the grooming shop would let the girls use muzzles if they feel more comfortable, my dog was referred to broad more east . I liked the evening hours till 8 !!!

While the selection of fish is rather paltry, the customer service was outstanding. I had some questions about my aquatic plants and why they weren't growing. One of the employees, Karl, was extremely helpful and friendly. He seemed very knowledgeable about planted aquariums.

They were very helpful in assisting me in my dog's recovery. Went out of their way to find food that Dash would enjoy and put needed weight back on him.

The service there is incredibly helpful and friendly. I found everything I needed quickly and efficiently. The isles are organized and clean. The animals are in great health and the adoption drives are just plain awesome! Also, their pet grooming business is practically professional! I'll definitely be going back.

Do not buy hamsters from this store. We bought 2 , 2 weeks apart and each one of them came down with wet tail the day after we bought them. Very disappointing.

Buyer beware. After grooming at PetCo, our dogs wouldn't let anyone pet them. Gently, we discovered that they had been brushed until the bled and that their backs were covered with scratches. It was days until we could touch them and weeks until the scabs dried and healed. This family is traumatized over the idea that we subjected our best friends to that kind of torture. We would rate this service w/ ZERO stars but the system won't allow it.
