I set an appointment with this business for a Monday morning at 9 AM. At 9:17 AM I received a call stating he'd been to my home but nobody answered. They were already on the road and he would have to turn around and come back. i said I had been home the entire time and my dog never barked. I would wait for their return.



Thirty minutes later, nobody came. I called - no answer. I called again a while later to say please do not come - they were not welcome in my home.



There was a complete lack of integrity with this business and they plan to enter people's home with valuables etc and to be trusted? I don't think so. I agree with the above statement...no stars would be my preference.



I am very reasonable and would have understood if something came up to reschedule or if they would have called from my driveway - but neither of those situations occurred. This was a LIVING SOCIAL purchase and they are refusing to refund me..stating it is out of their realm for refunds. I would never support this company for anything. Their unprofessional attitude and lack of honesty is overwhelming.
