Great shop and amazing customer service
Great shop and amazing customer service. I had the pleasure of dealing with this shop. The manager, John DeNicola, provides amazing customer service. I had a small concern about a transaction and John was phenomenal in how he dealt with my concerns. He addressed my concern immediately and had excellent follow up after the sale. If you are lucky enough to be in the area and are able for this to be your local bike shop I cannot recommend it enough. I have been riding for 25+ years and this is hands down the best shop I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
I am from the west where ski/snowboard shops are a dime a dozen and have great merchandise. Since moving out to philly I had yet to find a decent place to find high end snowboard equipment. This is the place to go!!! Each time I have gone the staff is super knowledgeable about their products friendly and helpfull. The first time I went a staff member spent 45 minutes with me picking out the right boot for me. This is the place to go to pick up good quality equipment! They know there stuff!
Great sports equipment available. This place has everything. It also has great staff to help you select what you need.
For the third time in a row (ten years running for me), these people put me on the perfect ski, no demo necessary! Ditto with my bike. They know their sports and are able to match the best equipment to your ability for a dynamite sporting activity experience. Just awesome! Need repairs, you can really trust their guys to do it right.
