Have been going to this place for take out pizza and nachos since they opened a few years ago without any issues but our first time dining in the restaurant last night was so bad that we have decided to never return. The dining area was pretty much empty and we still got slow and unreliable service. Our waitress had the IQ of a banana and messed up THE most simplest of orders not once but twice! When we complained to the so called, "manager" he seemed to care less and merely offered to take one item off our check. There were several times where we contemplated walking out of the restaurant after waiting for nearly an hour for two pizzas, a pasta dinner and two appetizers but figured we just wouldn't leave a tip because the waitress clearly did not deserve it. Well to our surprise when the check was brought to us, the waitress told us an 18% tip had been included because our order was over $100!! When we complained to the manager, he stated that the tip is included when there is a group of 6 or more?? So what is it Dockside? get your bs straight! We were four adults and two children. My kids waited for over an hour to get a pasta dinner because the waitress failed to put the order in the first time!

We would have had no problem paying for a well-deserved tip, in fact, we always tip 20% when we go to a GOOD restaurant! All in all, the pizza at this place is ok but the service you get will make you regret not going to another restaurant in the area where you can get better service and food without the added stress (Ho Win Palace for one). You won't be getting our business again, Dockside!
