Only positive is fast service when you have no heat. They are pricey, they keep trying to sell me a new furnace when I bought mine from them only a few years ago, they send invoices late and then charge "late fees" when your payment doesn't reach them by the due date, and their office staff has had a bad attitude every time I have had to call them. I'm fed-up and have just changed companies.
