I ordered Double Security fan wallet (2 for 1). Order place on Aug. 22, 2014 and received today August 30. Timely and very satisfied with product.

I purchased a pair of diabetic slippers. They were too large, I sent them back and have emailed this company several times stating I wanted the next size smaller. All I receive is their answer saying it would take 2-3 weeks to research this. I wrote again 2 weeks later and now I am told it would take an additional 2-3 weeks.I called their customer service and waited several minutes before a young lady answered. She had no idea of what I was asking. Is this too much to ask for an exchange of slippers? terrible business ethics

If you order from this place they WILL give your phone number and address including email to solicitors! I am so disappointed. I have received junk and sales calls right after I ordered something from dream products.

I have ordered from quite a few different catalog companies and this one is by far the best I've dealt with. Their customer service representatives are very upbeat, patient and understanding. If I have any questions they are always extremely informative and are willing to answer any wuestions I may have. They have great prices and many of their products have helped my every day life tremendously. I have diabetes and arthritis and they have an array of items that are specifically for making things easier and more comfortable for people who suffer from debilitating conditions as I do. Since I am close, I sometimes pick up my order from them directly and they are just as delightful in person as on the phone. For those of you that worry about ordering from catalog companies such as this, believe me when I say this is one you can trust. I have bought from Dream Products many times and have only had one issue which was cleared up right away.

Ordered something over a month ago have not received it yet. My credit card has been charge though.
