Caution!!! This seller is cheater!
He will take your money and will not give/send you your products!!
He is jerker.
I purchased from this seller 5 pcs for testing the products and paid 100% of payment.
He sent me 197 pcs!! and told me that is was mistake, that he can’t bring it back and told me that i can get the goods and only if it is authentic I will pay for all and it is free shipping. I agreed, then he told that I have to pay 650$ for custom fee and that is all (and I will receive it all) - I paid. And then he told that the shipping cost money (450$)!!! And said they could not deliver me the goods without payment - I have paid - and after that he is disappeared!!!
And now I have checked his license of authentic - they are FAKE!!!
They was even thrown out from Amazon and Alibaba.

I strongly recommend to shop in EC! They are the best shop I ever go! All employee well know about hair, and every time they helped me buy good stuff. They have many good hair and product! I feel so good whenever I go there!

I really do not advise any Black woman to step foot in this store. The owner, who is a short asian guy, is SOO RUDE to his customers. I've been to many beauty shops ans most of the time the people there are really nice. But this EC Beauty Supply is the worst ever to exist. Three times I went there, and that manager was there, making weird comments, talking to you as if you were a kid. I'm a very responsible women, but when I go to this beauty shop I feel like a street women. The manager has ZERO respect to his customers. No wonder when you go there, it is empty most of the time. I'm sure I am not the only women he is doing this to.

The manager at this store is the worst!!!! Alwasy has a frown on as if he is ready to attack you. Treat customers like CRAP.

I gave them too many chances, and today was the last time I step my foot there again. The manager was so rude, he came to my face and pointed his finger at me just because I wanted to exchange a $20 wig, which was still in its bag, the tag was still attached and everything. The manager came to my face and started pointing his finger at me. I stayed polite because I wanted to take my wig with me today for a party I was going to.



Two months ago, that same mnager refused to sell me a wig, because I was joking asking for a discount,. He was so rude, I had to call the police on him. the police came to the store, talked to him, and also talked to me.



The first time, I thought it was my fault, but today, after he was rude to me, I took a decision not to go to that store again as long as I live here in Charlotte, NC.

Not a timely salon to honor appointments. IT COULD BE A WASTE OF GAS. Not only did I make the appointment, I waited almost 30 minutes just to get my ends trimmed only to watch another customer come in, well after myself, go straight to a chair and get his hair cut. For the person that I was supposed to be scheduled with, she was working on a child that would have taken a considerable amount of time so as to be gentle on the scalp. I do understand this. But, there was nothing that was offered in another stylist, nothing. I called to let them know that this review would be posted and I was offered a free cut. At that point, I couldn't trust the quality and would not make a second trip even if they paid for the gas.
